Nick Bernardone

Nick Bernardone is a NY-based writer and producer whose primary credits include “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt”, “The Walking Dead”, “Fear the Walking Dead”, “Marvel’s Wastelanders” and "30 Rock."  He has been nominated for five Emmy Awards and won a PGA Award and WGA Award.

Extracurriculars include teaching Advanced Screenwriting at NYU, working with the Writers Guild of America East as a strike captain and on several committees, developing the Riftwar fantasy series, managing too many fantasy football teams and sporadic PTG volunteer.

Born and raised in Syracuse, Bernardone has spent the last 10+ years as a TV writer working in NYC and LA.  With an assist from the global pandemic (and a dash of Writers' Strike), he has returned to his hometown of Syracuse to work remotely with his lovely wife and three intense children. Bernardone is beyond excited that this enables him to work with Syracuse University and the screenwriters of tomorrow.
