With over 20 years of leadership at the intersection of media, technology and corporate communications, her background includes extensive work in private equity and private markets. She specializes in how companies communicate about AI—where language and positioning decisions directly impact regulatory scrutiny, investor confidence, customer trust and market perception. She works with boards and leadership teams on executive communications, M&A communications, enterprise reputation management, strategic foresight and scenario planning.
She's led global teams across Americas, EMEA, and APAC, managing multimillion-dollar budgets with expertise in crisis management, geopolitical risk navigation, and developing enterprise-wide frameworks for AI governance, social media policies and communications standards. She partners with Chief AI Officers, technical leadership and legal teams on M&A due diligence, regulatory compliance and risk management.
Before moving into corporate affairs, Curtis spent years as a broadcast journalist and newsroom leader at CBS News Cleveland, Tribune Broadcasting, ABC News, USA Today and NBC Universal. That experience gives her unique insight into newsroom operations and media dynamics—critical when protecting executive reputation and mitigating reputational harm during high-stakes situations.
