Elise Mitchell is a three-time CEO, leadership strategist, executive coach and business consultant. She is founder and chairman of Mitchell, an award-winning strategic communications firm. Under her leadership, the agency grew more than 500% in five years and became one of the top 10 fastest-growing firms globally. Notable clients include: Walmart Stores Inc., Procter and Gamble, Marriott Hotels and Kraft Foods.
At the end of 2012, Elise sold her firm and led its successful integration with Dentsu Aegis Network. She served in a global role as the CEO of the Dentsu Aegis Public Relations Network. Today she also advises clients through her own leadership and business consultancy, elisemitchell.com.

Elise is a graduate of executive education at Harvard Business School and the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She received a master’s degree from the University of Memphis and a bachelor’s degree from Abilene Christian University. She is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, and as a Results-Trained Coach™ by the NeuroLeadership Institute. She is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America and a member of the society’s College of Fellows. She is a member of the Page Society and currently serves as the president of the International Communications Consultancy Organization, which is the global voice of public relations agencies.
She is the author of a best-selling book, “Leading Through the Turn” (McGraw Hill 2017), and a popular leadership blog. She teaches leadership workshops, writes for Entrepreneur.com and is a frequent keynote speaker at global business and industry conferences.
