Amanda Lerch

Amanda Lerch joined the Newhouse School in May of 2022 as an academic coordinator for the television, radio and film department, before joining the special events team in January 2025. Amanda’s main jobs include tracking all expenses for events and making sure all travel logistics are set for any guests. Before coming to Syracuse University, Amanda worked at NewsChannel 9 in Syracuse and a small but mighty commercial real estate company, BellCornerstone.

Amanda was born and raised in Syracuse. She attended SUNY Cortland and received a bachelor’s degree in public relations and advertising with a dual minor in Asian and Middle Eastern studies as well as Anthropology.
