Photo Gallery: Newhouse Advanced Media Management Students Attend Global Tech Event in Las Vegas

In early January, four students from the Newhouse School’s advanced media management M.S. program spent a week in Las Vegas attending CES — the biggest trade show for tech and media in the world. Led by program director Adam Peruta, the CES Fellows were Matthew Brodsky, Dara Dilmaghani, Henos Mulugeta and Hongjian Yu. They worked with Advanced Media Professor in Residence Shelly Palmer—who interviewed X CEO Linda Yaccarino, will.i.am and Mark Cuban, and shared the stage with Paris Hilton—to research exhibitors and help plan and lead custom floor tours. The students also met with Newhouse and Syracuse University alumni and other industry professionals who hosted professional development events and tours, including of the UFC and HyperX Esports Arena.
