Tina Perkins
Tina Perkins has over 25 years of experience in radio production, on-air and voice over, and has been an adjunct professor of voice over at the Newhouse School since 2016. She worked at WJPZ Z89 Syracuse University from 1989 to 1993; New City Radio Syracuse from 1992 to 1997; Clear channel radio, (currently iHeart) in Syracuse and Rochester from 1997 to 2002; and was a producer at Digital Sound and Video from 2002 to 2017.
After this successful radio career, Tina created Perkolator Production in 2004. Perkolator Production specializes in voiceover and audio production for radio imaging, TV and radio commercials, on hold, messages, audiobook editing and copywriting. Tina’s clients include Turningstone Casino, Five Star Radio Group, Hearst Radio Group, Wahl Media and more.
She is also the producer of the nationally syndicated radio show, "Brad Mercer’s Bands 'N Fans" of California. Tina earned a B.S. from Syracuse University in television, radio, and film production.
