Shaun Tay

Shaun Tay provides desktop, classroom, systems administration, and server support for the Newhouse School. He joined the Newhouse Information and Computing Services (NICS) department in May 2023. Shaun brings a wealth of IT knowledge and operational background to the team.

Shaun is from Singapore and moved to Syracuse in January 2023. Previously, he worked at Meta in Help@Support for 1 ½ years. Prior to that he worked at Mercedes Benz in VIP support for 5 years and then operation support for 3 years.
