Bio:
Coco Kexin Li is a doctoral student at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communication. Her research interests lie in the intersectional area of interactive and immersive media and users’ health and prosocial outcomes. Therefore she hopes to explore further the impact of digital games, VR content and AR content on the users’ empathy level, cross-cultural and cross-gender understanding, emotional changes, physical health problems (e.g., obesity, vaping, problematic drinking), and mental health problems (e.g., depression and anxiety).
