Newhouse students took high honors in the Society for News Design (SND) Student Design Contest. Six student designers on Daily Orange projects picked up three honors, and the Syracuse Side Hustle project, the result of a multimedia class taught by Melissa Chessher and Adam Peruta, took first place in the Standalone Multimedia category.
