The Newhouse Startup Garage is a co-working space that provides services and resources for student startups and student creators. The Garage is a place that reminds us of the humble beginnings of many big, successful companies who started out in real garages, while providing a unique space to collaborate, create and shape the future of media.

The Newhouse Startup Garage also provides co-working and co-location space to media and tech startups looking to work with talented Newhouse students. There are options for on-campus office space, collaborative opportunities with Newhouse faculty and access to the Newhouse facilities including the Dick Clark Studios, the Alan Gerry Center for Media Innovation, the Real Chemistry Emerging Insights lab and other spaces. Participating companies establish co-op internships or job opportunities for students from Newhouse and across campus. This ensures a dynamic learning environment that bridges academic knowledge with real-world application in the rapidly evolving media landscape.
